Return Policy

At Gardenzic, we strive to provide our customers with the finest teas and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   - We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return:
   - Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

3. Return Process:
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gardenzic.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.
   - Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
   - Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

4. Return Shipping:
   - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

5. Refund Process:
   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
   - A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 5 business days.  Actual times may vary depending on the your banking provider.

6. Exchanges:
   - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

8. Cancellations:
   - Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will advise if we are able to still cancel your order.
